It is an outcome based approach as per National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF). The Board of Revenue (BoR), Govt. of Odisha have been approved the Centurion University of Technology and Management (CUTM) for conducting six-month certificate course and issue the certificate to the degree holders. After completion of the course, the certificate holders may apply for License to the Director Land Record and Survey (DLR& S), Cuttack, Govt. of Odisha, to be a License Surveyor. DLR&S shall issue License to the certificate holders, who qualify the examination conducted by DLRS&S separately.
