About Me

Dr. Umakanta Nayak is an Associate Professor in the School of Management.  He facilitates courses in the Human Resource Management area and General Management area in the School of Management. Besides teaching, he is actively involved in administration, projects and imparting training to different stakeholders. Currently, he is the Dean, School of Management. He is a Ph.D. in Management. His doctoral research is on Urban Governance and M.Phil dissertation is on Public Policy.  He has completed his MBA with HR specialization. He has publications in the Governnace and HR areas.
