Secured 33rd rank (Gen) / 4th rank (ST) in All India Combined Examination–2013 for admission to Master’s Degree Programme in Fisheries Science conducted by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), New Delhi, May 2013 and was Awarded Non-Junior Research Fellowship (Non-JRF) for pursuing M.F. Sc in CIFE, Mumbai.

 Awarded "National Fellowship for Schedule Tribe for Higher Education (NFST)" for the year 2015-16  under the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, New Delhi.

He joined Centurion University of Technology and Management, R-Sitapur, Paralakhemundi, Odisha as an Assistant Professor on date 07-12-2019. Currently, he is taking four B.F.Sc courses viz: Fish and Shellfish Pathology, Therapeutics in Aquaculture, Fish Toxicology, Fundamentals of Fish microbiology, and a Domain course such as Intensive Aquaculture.
