Presently engaged as Associate professor at School of Management, Centurion University. A Doctoral Fellow from Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII), I represent coalesce of industry exposure with years of academic experience. My teaching areas include strategic human resource management, organization behavior, Entrepreneurship. I have conducted many training programs for Small enterprises and NGO’s covering; capacity building of micro enterprises and entrepreneurial team building. I hold interest towards writing and prefer to engage myself in subjects such as: Trans generational entrepreneurship in FBs, career paths for next generation, corporate entrepreneurship, HR maturity model for SMEs and startups.
