BHEL Engineer Trainee 1975, Prodution shop floor activity, Repair and Inspection of High Pressure Boiler components. A founder member of WRI-Trichy. Joined PPL a Fertilzer Plant & specialized in low temperature (ammonia service), repair of, Ammonia Tanks, Pipe Lines with set targets. ï¶ Analytical ability to promote education & research of international standard especially in Mechanical Engineering- Production Science (Welding). Experience in Laboratory Setup. ï¶ Skilled in conducting periodic follow up and scrutinizing the offers ensuring technical recommendations, material inspection & proper storage. & well experienced in technical, commercial analysis of new project quotations and execution. . ï¶ Expertise in implementing plans & schedules for preventive maintenance through condition monitoring & NDT and annual turn around with focus on optimum utilisation of manpower and material. A complete skill for implementing quality measures / standards & applied quality management tools & practices such as for effective quality control & assurance. ï¶ Excellent interpersonal, analytical and negotiation ability. A team leader easily accepted in a new group |
