I have been working as Assistant Professor in the Department of English since 2008. My keen interest in syntax, linguistics and ELT helped me to go for a deep study to find out the valuable information regarding the language competency level of ESL students in Odisha. It helped me a lot to adopt the latest pedagogic techniques to implement in the language classrooms. Furthermore, I am quite passionate to undertake classroom-based action research which would supplement more relevant information to this area.
