Presently working as a faculty in School of Management, Centurion University of Technology and Management, Paralakhemundi Campus  since 2009. Ihave been Honored with rank of "Lieutenant" under Indian Army Wing National cadet Corps Senior Division,NCC Unit, CUTM , Affiliated to1(O) CTC NCC, Berhampur,Odisha Directorate and been Associate NCC Officer. Till now attended 12 International Conferences to present the research papers and Published more than 20 articles in International and National Journals. My Research ares is Human Resource Management ( Stress Management).
