M.Vignesh is an Assistant Professor of  Head of the Department /Department of Civil Engineering, Centurion University of Technology and Management in Odisha, specializing in Construction Management and Waste plastics for utilization of manufacturing of construction pavement blocks. He obtained his master’s degree from Anna University, Chennai and pursuing his doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in Annamalai University, Tamilnadu. He has more than 06 years of teaching experience including two years of abroad experience. His current interests are focused on pavement of concrete blocks by the utilization of plastic waste, experimental study about the compressive & flexural strength of concrete blocks by plastic waste and normal blocks, the financial approach towards marketing these plastic added concrete blocks, and enforcing an effective Procurement Management System in Construction Projects.
