Myself, Dr. Jyoti Prakash Rath, presently working as an Assistant Professor (Botany), School of Applied Sciences, Centurion University of Technology and Management, Odisha (Bolangir campus). After earning my Bachelor's degree in Botany and Master's in LifeSciences, I moved to New Delhi for my higher studies and received the M.Phil.(Bioinformatics) degree from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU). I have qualified CSIR-UGC NET four (4) times and subsequently been appointed as an Assistant Professor (Senior Scale) Chettinad Academy of Research And Education, Chennai (NAAC A++). I served  Chettinad Academy of Research And Education, Chennai  for eight long years before becoming a team member of Centurion University of Technology And Management, Odisha. I have my Ph.D. degree in LifeSciences in the year 2018 from Sambalpur University, Odisha, India. The entire Ph.D. work was carried out by me in IIT Madras.
                             I have received many awards and accolades in my career. Noted among those are the prestigious Department of Biotechnology (DBT) merit scholarship for being among top 10 candidates in all India JNU entrance for M.Phil Bioinformatics programme, all India ICMR Junior Research Fellowship and GATE examinations. Sharing first authorship paper with "Shanti Swaroop Bhatnagar awardee and leading Bioinformatician Prof. N. Srinivasan of IISc. Bangalore". I have also attended and presented numerous research papers in international and national symposiums and Conferences. My research revolves around Computer Aided Drug Designing and Nano Enabled Drug Delivery.
