I have total work experience of 14 years, out of which 7 years in teaching and extension experience as Assistant Professor and Head, Department of Agricultural Extension, M S Swaminathan School of Agriculture, Centurion University of Technology and Management, Paralakhemundi, Dist: Gajapati, Odisha since 2013. Previously worked as Livelihood Coordinator, Odisha Community Tank Management Project, District Project Unit,Water Resources Department, Gajapati and different livelihood projects of Government of Odisha. Qualified in ICAR NET Examination. Currently along with teaching the B.Sc(Ag) and M.Sc(Ag) students dealing with all the local field visits, exposure visits and study tours of B.Sc(Ag) students. I am regularly interacting with the students for their capacity building in Agricultural Extension. Presently conducting research on problems of cotton farmers in Odisha and what are the various constraints faced in cotton farming. Published more than 12 research articles. Regularly putting continuous efforts how students can get the best education in Agricultural Extension.
