Mr. Biswajit Mohanty, Assistant Professor (School of Fisheries),  Centurion University of Technology & Management (CUTM), has more than 2 years of experience in Teaching & academics.  His teaching & research interests are in the areas of Fisheries, Fish Processing Technology & Product Development, Fish Enzymology, and Fish Biochemistry, Fish Nutrition, Fish Food Chemistry, Aquaculture.   Well, he is highly organized, insightful, and have an enthusiastic outlook on life. Being a teacher, he is flexible and adaptable to an approachable, inclusive style of teaching.
