Prior to Banking, I have 8 years of Channel Sales and Business development experience in the Agri Input and Paint industries. M.Sc. (Agriculture) from OUAT, PGEM (Financial Management) in 2020 from IMT, Ghaziabad.

Currently associated with Centurion University of Technology and Management as an Associate Dean at MS Swaminathan School of Agriculture. As a Head of Agriculture Production, responsible for enhancing productivity, branding, and improving the market access of experiential units. Worked extensively with veterinary officials, milk producer organizations, and milk agents in the Gajapati district. Successful in making the heifer (milch) animals productive and contributed to improving the productivity of the dairy unit. Was instrumental in end-to-end follow-up with district administration and OMFED for sign-off MOU on daily procurement of 200 liters of Milk. Successfully handled Mango orchards on the campus through timely plant protection and earned a profit of over INR 2 Lacs.

The ongoing assignments include the production and marketing of hybrid seeds. Played a key role in bagging the Agri Tech-BC project from SBI for sourcing Agricultural Loans in South India and Odisha.
