Er. Amit Biswas is working as an Assistant Professor in the discipline of Agricultural Engineering under the School of Agriculture & Bio-Engineering, CUTM. 

He is pursuing his Ph. D on Water Footprints under the discipline of Land & Water Resources Engineering, Department of Agriculture & Food Engineering, IIT Kharagpur. 

He completed his B. Tech in Agricultural Engineering and M. Tech in Soil & Water Engineering from Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswavidyalaya (BCKV), West Bengal.

He has published several research and review articles in international peer-reviewed journals through ACS (American Chemical Society), Springer, Wiley, and IWA (International Water Association). He has also published his research works at various international (AGU) and national (ISAE) conferences in India and abroad. He has published his article in "Chandrabhaga" (Monthly CSR Magazine in Centurion University of Technology and Management). 

He has been also invited as a reviewer from several international peer-reviewed journals (Elsevier) to review several research articles on water management studies. 

He has been appointed as Music Club's Faculty Coordinator in Centurion University of Technology & Management, Odisha. 

He has been also appointed as CSR (Culture Sports Responsibility) Faculty Coordinator in School of Agricultural & Bio-Engineering, Centurion University of Technology & Management, Odisha.
