Dr. Ambika Sankar Mishra is presently working as an Associate Professor In School of Media and Communication at Centurion University of Technology & Management, Odisha. He has received his Doctoral Degree in Social Communication from Utkal University, Odisha. Within his 12 years of teaching experience, he has worked with different academic institutions of India. As a researcher he has presented more than 18 research papers in many international and National conferences in India and abroad and has more than 20 publications in referred Journals and books. He has worked as the project coordinator and course writer for the E-content development project in 4 courses like Camera operator, Video Editor, Sound Engineer and Animator in association with Commonwealth of learning, CANADA. He has organized 3 international conferences, 6 National Media conferences and 5 international poetry festivals as the Organizing secretary. He is a member to Asian Media information Communication Centre. He has received "Achiever's Excellence Award" by Achiever's foundation, Bhubaneswar as a media academician. With his. He is a member to the BOS of different universities of Odisha. His area of interest are film studies, New Media, and advertising. His hobbies are creative writing and photography.
