Dr. Ajay Kumar Swarnakar completed his B. Tech. in Agricultural Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Krishi Vishwavidyalaya Jabalpur in 2009. His M. Tech is in Food Process Engineering from IIT Kharagpur, completion year is 2013. Dr. Swarnakar completed a Ph.D. degree in Food Process Engineering from the same institute in 2019. His research topic was “Microwave Puffing of Pressure Parboiled Brown Rice”. He also served in Food Technology Department, Ganpat University Mahesana Gujrat for 2 years as an Assistant Professor. |
