He has pursued his Master's degree in Institute of Agriculture Science, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi specialization in Genetics and Plant Breeding and has secured highest score with Gold Medal sponsored by Champa Devi. He had 2 years’ experience in Research under “Biochemical characterization of endophytic bacteria and their impact on plant growth promotion in maize (Zea mays L.)”. In his research, he is passionate enough to learn about microbial genetics & published articles in International Journals. He has qualified the National Eligibility Test (NET) determining eligibility as assistant professor conducted by ICAR-ASRB in the year 2018. Apart from regular teaching currently, he is leading the READY Program as a READY Program Co-ordinator for B.Sc. (Hons) Agriculture final years since last year and the programme is successfully well driven and improvised day by day. His recent work is involved in the maintenance of Germplasm Conservation of Rice, Okra as the main objective which helps to preserve the genetic diversity of a particular plant or genetic stock for its use at any time in future.
